All APSB & AMPS transfer fees are the responsibility of the purchaser
Vet checks are at the purchasers expense
If a pony is sold sight unseen, no misrepresentation will be implied by the purchaser as to the quality & nature of the pony as sold by the vendor.
No stock will leave the property until paid for in full
If a deposit is paid & then the purchaser changes their mind, the deposit will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to change the price of any pony at any time prior to a deposit being paid.
If transportation is required, it is to be arranged and paid for by the purchaser. We are to be informed of the collection date, time and company hired, ensuring that it is suitable to us.
